The equipment does not work computers BP cuffs or we are lacking supplies on each floor. Also the work load is to heavy unless there is a nurse/KMA on each floor.I think a great incentive is to allow the employees to cash in at Christmas time 40 hours. It would be a great incentive to stay for those that do not really take time off and it is the employees earned time so they should be able to use it the way they see fit
