if i have ever considered going somewhere that pays more for less work.Id answer yes because honestly being here so long and hardly making 18$ an hour is insane in this economy. They raised the rent but not the pay.i like the family like dynamic and all my residents of course

The communication between the caregivers, and between the nurses, and management needs to be improvedYes, something else that could've been mentioned was how the management contributes to helping out in a time of need. I understand them being busy & having their own things going on, however, the last two years i have been here it has only been a handful of times when a manger has came to us as caregivers when were short staffed and asked if we had needed any help. i wish there was more of that around here so it would show that they care & "understand" what we're going through
