I was blown away, it was so much better than I expected! The property is well maintained and the unit I was shown is PERFECT for ME! I am hoping my application is approved and that you are able to work with Brilliant Corners to do the 3rd party payments so I can move in!

It was a very welcome change from what we were accustomed to. We were ready to apply, but we had a rent limitations that had to be met. We need up at a different GHP Mgmt property.

I was given a thorough review of all 2 bedroom 2 bath units and I am please with the offerings.

Lorena is very friendly and appointment ran on time. Lorena told me the great thing about getting the apartment I had chosen and I’m really glad I chose this apartment over the other 4 I visited.

We have everything we need, no need to go to a laundromat, 2 car garage, central A/C, vaulted ceiling make it more home’y. Just wish we had a super market down the street but driving 4-5 minutes isn’t that big a deal, can’t have it all I guess. Guest parking is my only gripe , everything else great and the best bang for the buck here in town.

He was knowledgeable and figured out the issue quickly. I would recommend to give him a raise

Our open ceiling is not put back yet for almost a year now and its disappointing as a tenant. We sleep in this guest room and its make me short of breath every time I sleep in this room.
