I would recommend this community based on the staff. Office team and maintenance are always great to work with. This is a quiet and beautiful community. However; the parking sucks. You would think that with what we pay for rent we would be allowed at least one extra spot on the premises. My two car garage is truly not big enough for two cars. And the pests, roaches always come back no matter what and the rats in the garbage area are finding their way to the patio wall across the walkway. Oh and the security sucks. I don’t know why you guys pay them they are never around.

The maintenance repairman had been in our home before and has always been professional and courteous and he is an EXPERT at his profession! He did a superb repair job! I think his name is Foculbo or something like that. He is great!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Folculbo for doing a spectacular repair job in such a timely manner!!!!! I would appreciate the spelling of his name. Please.

I would recommend this apartment community because it has great amenities, and the management is responsive and quick to handle maintenance requests.

I really appreciate the quick response and attention to my repair requests. The maintenance workers are awesome and always a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this apartment community. The only issue is please fix the lighting in shared spaces, especially building 9 to keep the critters away. It’s too dark sometimes at night in this area. Also bushes need to be cut back to keep out the homeless.
