Great maintenance service. Beautiful apartments.

Move in was great. The only improvement that would enhance the experience is bigger washing machines, and the pool being warmer, and working heated Jets in jacuzzi. Besides that very happy 😊

Isela Romero and Michael were our primary contacts and made us feel welcome and answered all and any questions. Isela took time to show us alternative available unit that she believed would be fitting for us and we were blown away by the unit and location and did indeed decide on the unit she suggested. We are so happy and appreciative to live at The Terrace and for Isela, Michael and rest of the friendly office staff. Thank You!

1. Parking policy is over-the-top cost prohibitive (money grab) 2. Exterior grounds are unkempt (plant colorful flowers in the garden beds, put fresh mulch in the garden beds more frequently, improve the lighting along the exterior walkways, install more pet waste disposal/bag stations) 3. Commence a window screen replacement program immediately (window screens are deteriorating)
