Staff was professional and prepared for my move. They made me feel welcome to the community.

Please don't try go in my apartment with out my permit, another way you should be responsible for my theft, when request my services, I was clear, you need call me one hour before.

My wife just submitted her survey. All said thank you to Jessalynn Cesar Fecundo office staff and soon coming work crews. Flood of water coming into the apartment from behind a wall was finally addressed after careful evaluation and finally finding the 2 sources of the water breech. We were both unable to negotiate through the flooding water without help.

The repair to the garage door is still giving some issues will let the office know other then that I would highly recommend the Terrace apartment's we love it that were and so will they!!

I WOULD recommend this apartment community as it’s situated in a central location, it’s close to the freeway and a lot of variety of malls, supermarkets, convenience stores and grocery markets etc are located close by. The reason why I would NOT recommend this apartment community is because it’s quality of construction doesn’t match up to the rents being charged, it’s up keep standards are very poor. Repair orders take a very long time to be addressed. I was lucky this time as my work order was executed very promptly maybe because I spoke with the property manager directly however this work order should have been completed over a year ago. I have lived in this apartment community from 2005-2007 and then currently from 2016- till now and I have witnessed the quality of service deteriorating over the years. It never used to take this long to address the issues in the past. Communication is another major subject that needs to be addressed as majority of the maintenance staff don’t understand English anymore, majority are Spanish speaking only or maybe I’m a minority now. This list is long but there is only as much one can say. Hope to see some improvement in the future.

It's a quiet community. I enjoy living here. Maintenance requests are done and in a timely manner.
