Fast efficient and friendly

In the summer I had mold in a wall maintenance fixed the inside and never patched the outside, I place duct tape in order to prevent water damage. $200 for extra parking and I have to clear my garage , outrageous with the economic struggle everyone is going through. Empty parking while everyone struggles to find parking. When I Called to put the maintenance request the women on the phone was very rude , and kept telling me that wasn’t her job and I needed to go on the website, but forcefully agreed to help.

Rosslyn senr someone out immediately and he was wonderful. I've had two repairs now since I moved in and they were both addressed immediately and the guys doing the repairs were very professional and sweethearts to boot!

While roof was maintenanced all tech wires were cut. We had nothing for 2 days. The office sent Cesar(thank you Karina and Jessalynn). He inspected the roof for about 1 hr. He found, restored and anchored the wires he found. All Was restored.

I am new to the apartment complex. Literally my first week- made a service call and Service was completed and fixed and ready to go. Thank you guys so very much. I’m excited to be here. Thank you.

Everyone has been amazing and I am so happy. I might have a problem with one of my outlets (the plug) in t he kitchen but I'll bug you guys after i clear boxes. Everyone has been fantastic
