Too many barking dogs. Certain problem lawless nuisance tenants daily blast their music and regularly disturb the peace loudly racing motor with very loud motorcycle. Also walking car vendor daily honk loud horn repeatedly throughout community along with large food truck ringing loud bell, both being a nuisance.

Of course we would, after all we've lived here for 23 years! The terrace apartment homes is in a great location, has great amenities if they use those types of things, friendly management and maintenance employees. It is well maintained and the landscaping is also kept neat and clean.
