There are trash cans outside my apartment always. Even on non trash days no one moves them and it smells really bad

I have lived in the community for 10 years, in two different buildings, and in two different apartment layouts. What makes this community so unique is the people - the leasing staff, especially the Assistant Leasing Manager, Andrea, and the entire maintenance crew.
