The layout of the complex is very weird. That makes it hard to get a decent view. Sometimes it feels claustrophobic.

Property agent was incredibly helpful and changed the tour scheduled for us because other floorplans suited our needs much better.

The leasing assistant answered all our questions.

Firstly the house was beautiful and no complaints on that. The community needs some improvements with respect to the smelly corridors and the lift stink quite often.Secondly, the leasing office members were rude and moreover they were unavailable for most of our concerns. We had a hard time reaching out to them as the leasing office was mostly closed during weekdays.

The apartment are nice but very expensive.

The office is horrible. So many issues were solvable but the office attitude was combative, specifically the manager and asst manager. Many problems we had took getting regional management intervention.

I would have appreciated clear move out instructions as well as returning my call to clarify the process. Other than that it has been fine.
