I love living at The Verdant. The staff are exceptional, the amenities are beautiful, the community is relatively quiet, and it is in a great location. I chose to transfer my lease as it wasnt working out with my previous roommate. I look forward to another year at The Verdant!

We have done lot of tours and we found the person showing us not at all friendly and borderline rude. Before the start of tour there wasn't any greeting or asking for water. During the tour information about facility and charges was shared when asked, but the agent wasn't sharing themselves. The agent made it feel like a burden and a checklist item. Other tours had extremely friendly agents explaining all facilities and charges. The tour experience made us doubt the experience we will have as a resident.I did find an apartment I liked in my budget and in my move in date. I also liked the facility. But I will not be signing a lease because of(1) my tour experience. Other apartment seems like they will address their resident's concerns better.(2) less storage.

Place was decent, often there would be a wave of trash odour around the area.
