Our agent Domingo was a big help and answered all my questions. He made me feel like a priority and was with me every step of the way!

15 minutes prior to my arrival on move in day I was notified by Domingo that the apartment I was ready to move into had flooded that morning. Domingo was able to secure me another apartment just about equal to the one I was originally going to move into, and rather quickly. I would recommend The Village to others based on my experience.

Parking is difficult, I wish there was at least a few guest spots.

My husband and I did not have an appointment And it was 4:30 pm when we arrived and Domingo greeted us with a smile And asked what our budget was and what we were looking for and He assisted us and gave us excellent information and walked us around and let us know about the community and amenities like the pool, playground since we mentioned we have kids and the fitness center and he proceeded to show us the apartment which is downstairs and offered more information about the apartment and I mentioned being downstairs will be perfect for my family since we have two kids. As we went back to the leasing office he explained and showed us the application process and what to expect and told us he will be checking back with us in a couple of days. Domingo is very professional and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.
