Other than the noisy people upstairs, very nice place to live.

The things that were needed to be fixed were done. Paint, sink, toilet chain, all done in a timely matter, it was just funny to see the men entering and meeting my dog, just need the heads up to leave him in a room, other than that all personnel that are in this crew are great.

I’m incredibly grateful maintenance was able to fix my ongoing issues with my water heater.

The replacement of appliances and fixtures are new, but the apartment itself needs to be upgraded, Carpet replacement, Mold in some areas, water damage in some areas, cracks in apartment foundation… just to name a few things…

I was impressed with the neatness of the complex and the layout of the unit. I had already seen other units in other locales run by this management company, so I was somewhat familiar with the routine. Nevertheless, the associate reviewed the pertinent information with me and asked me for any additional questions.

Great customer service, Charm was polite and professional. She explained the details for moving in thoroughly and we appreciated her honesty when the parking situation was brought up. Unfortunately, we are looking for a place that includes the water or trash bill in the rent. But other than that, we had an overall positive experience. Thank you!
