Our experience went really well. We worked with Reanna Garcia and she did a wonderful job providing us with clear and concise information. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Although we could not tour the unit we wanted to see, we were able to view a similar unit and she provided us with a walkthrough of the differences as well as a virtual video. We were very pleased with our experience and look forward to hopefully living a The Village!

My kids and I are still without a heater, the temperatures have been unbearably cold and they were not able to fix it nor tell us what the next steps were. I had to purchase some portable heaters and the heating unit still not fixed. It’s been torture! I feel helpless! I’m paying so much in rent to sit here with a runny nose and sneezing because my heater is not working. No note left no follow up nothing. This is unacceptable.
