Communication is absolutely ridiculous! No return emails. The phones never worked and constantly hung up on you. I had to tak noff work every single time just to give ti the office which was a huge inconvenience. Due to renovations, the neighborhood was Always noisy. Maintenance was a nightmare. I had a huge flood in my apartment and it resulted in mold and bugs. Ridiculous. I,was actually relieved I had to move. My apartment was junk for all that money.

I didn’t get any communication while moving out

Cause they don’t fix thing but want their money on time

I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone at the office n they didn’t tell anyone they moved the office

Because yall suck. Frl the only time I was contacted during my move out was when the property manager came and told me he was going to charge me for three different things totaling 1,200 dollars

Move out went well. I gave 82 days notice. Sorry to have to move, wanted to stay, but was not given a new annual lease because I don't qualify for subsidized housing.

Was not allowed to make payment arrangements to stay.

The worst place that i have ever live, worst management, leasing office is doesn’t care they just want to sign the lease, after that your problem will start, worst neighborhood that i ever been too
