Because yall suck. Frl the only time I was contacted during my move out was when the property manager came and told me he was going to charge me for three different things totaling 1,200 dollars

Move out went well. I gave 82 days notice. Sorry to have to move, wanted to stay, but was not given a new annual lease because I don't qualify for subsidized housing.

After giving documented notice of my move, I was forced from my home and my locks were changed without notice or a sheriff present. During the period of my move out, there was unauthorized access to my apartment and belongings. Upon realizing I had a friend stay at my place with me while packing to move. While there, two men (one of them I know by name: Grant) barged into my apartment while my friend was undressed and I was at work. She called me on speaker phone and I asked the gentlemen to please leave my apartment as again, my female friend was inside alone. They responded "This is my apartment and I'll change the locks tomorrow". The following day, after getting home from work I noticed that the locks were in fact changed without any written reasoning or notification. I tried to contact the office and speak with the property manager, however, Grant informed that she did not want to speak to me. At this point my belongings were stuck inside for an entire day. I had no money to even get a toothbrush the next morning. This experience has left me confused and has caused a great amount of stress/damage. I pray that no other resident has to go through everything that I had to endure while living on the property. My heart goes out to the rest of the residents there because I know I am not the only one that has been treated unfair. If it weren't for the Court, my attorney and the officer that I had to call to the property, I wouldn't have even been able to get my belongings because management was reluctant to cooperate.

I lived in that community for ten years I was happy with it when I moved in and over the years I so it go down hill. When Fairfield Residencial took over the property and Ms. Angel Carter was the "Community Manager" she and Fairfield Residencial ruined the community and screwed up my ledgers and I could never recover from the miss management from this company, I see why it has an "F" rating with the The BBB. I Lost my apartment by eviction and I will never tell anyone about that overpriced no extras apartment complex. I have found an other place to live that has all the extras and at a lower price. So you can take that place and put it wher the sun doesn't shine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
