Buildings entrance appearance are bad ,doors not working. Overall looks like they don't care

My packages are being stollen. I will be installing a ring doorbell. The only people on this floor are only two apts. I doubt the neighbor beside me has anything to do with it since he is police officer. The only good thing is Kevin and Jason. Plus nothing has been done about replacing the stove or refrigerator because of the roaches getting into them.

The front entry door always gets stuck and won’t unlock and the rent is to high and there’s no amenities to make it worth it

My husband and I stopped in over the weekend to inquire about a 1Bd, 1Ba unit and Kayla who was working in the Leasing Office went out of her way to give us a tour of one of their units even though she was extremely busy and the only agent working on a Saturday she still went out of her way to show us the property

Because the price listed online (the only one I can afford) I found out after I got there that the price is more because I make more. Then found out I can’t rent a 1 bedroom for my 2 kids and I because it’s over capacity. And it’s in a horrible area so my kids would be downgrading in their school system.
