The worst place that i have ever live, worst management, leasing office is doesn’t care they just want to sign the lease, after that your problem will start, worst neighborhood that i ever been too

Yes, I like where I live I just wish the building I stay was up to par with smelling fresh and clean. And I moved into an apartment that wasn’t replaced with new appliances. I asked many time that my bathroom can me fixed up. Need to be repainted and the shower and my mirror in the bathroom is all messed up from the last tenant that lived there.

Our fire extinguisher in building 126 was either used or was stolen, was reported via emergency maintenance phone call as missing, and never replaced. There is a ground floor window that is broken on building 124, has been broken for a week, and is not fixed. Other tenants smoke weed and cigarettes inside, which is against lease policy and filters through ventilation system. Individual apartment doors are poorly painted and have multiple scratches. Building lock on 126 needs replacing as it will jam when locked fully. Call boxes do not work and do not contain an updated tenant list. Visible damage to old telephone line boxes outside of building that are not cleared away or replaced. Kitchens smaller than advertised and apartment shown on tours is not representative of actual apartment amenities, kitchen size, or condition. Solicitors are often let in the building and this is annoying.Maintenace is always fast to respond to online request, and is very friendly. No pest control issues. However, rent is too high to justify wanting to renew lease in a community where these issues are present.
