Because you guys give the chance to have a home with family for all this years I was in your community all I can say is thank you 😊

In the snow event parking lot needs to beClean up more efficiently also you gotA lot off tenants put in chairs in parking spaces you guys need to address that issue because it will bring conflictSpaces

The ladies in the office were completely unprofessional and very dismissive of me when I came to look at an apartment. I was scheduled for a tour and when I arrived I was told they weren’t not doing tours for a 1 bedroom.

Overpriced for a small space

Communication is absolutely ridiculous! No return emails. The phones never worked and constantly hung up on you. I had to tak noff work every single time just to give ti the office which was a huge inconvenience. Due to renovations, the neighborhood was Always noisy. Maintenance was a nightmare. I had a huge flood in my apartment and it resulted in mold and bugs. Ridiculous. I,was actually relieved I had to move. My apartment was junk for all that money.

The girl we were with answered all questions. She was friendly and not pushy.

Rent is way too high
