The control of roaches and rats

Because yall suck. Frl the only time I was contacted during my move out was when the property manager came and told me he was going to charge me for three different things totaling 1,200 dollars

I have roaches in my apartment that I didn’t have for 6 months now bc everyone is moving or spray I have a bad infestation of roaches in my apartment I think it’s bullshit they won’t move me to another apartment that is Renovated already. I’m so upset with this apartment complex. I would appreciate if I was accommodated this isn’t fair the maintenance guy that is not our usual guy said he can’t fix certain things bc they are going to renovate the apartment I have paint peeling my bathroom smells like cigarettes and we don’t smoke I’m so frustrated I pay rent every month to be in a half ass apartment that is infested with bugs

Management is nice. Maintenance is quick. Great neighborhood

Filled with drugs and trash! Building smell. Inspections are never done right because some apartments are disgustingly. Very unsafe place to live.
