there are still bugs in the apartment

The maintenance request was easy to enter but it has been 3 weeks since I’ve submitted the request and the only communication I have received was this past week on Wednesday saying they would have someone out to my apartment that day or the following day to check it out. No one ever came to check out the appliance and now I receive a completed request when my problem has not been solved or even checked out.

I wish there was a service elevator for move in purposes. Also, work order from a week ago still needs attention. Overall, touring the place to move in date was good process.

Everything was great. Just hope the garbage disposal is up and running soon. And that the stove is leveled so that it doesn’t rock back and forth when we use it. The tour was amazing and the introduction was superb. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.

The leasing agent was very helpful and contacted maintenance to fix a cabinet that was knocked down when reviewing the apartment and its appliances.

I would recommend it because is safe, family oriented, clean and have access to hospital, schools, markets everything

By chance I met the manager on his day off while waiting on my tour with my mom and his very helpful. Our leasing agent Andrew Gonzales is the BEST! I will highly recommend him.
