Let's say I railroaded with lies since day one of my scheduled WALK-THRU by Agent. Your Advertising is fraud hidden FEE's and Leasing Office Company choice to tell residents on what Company to use for WiFi; that just wrong and an expensive. Plus much more that I'll bite my tongue and Leasing Office is well aware of the seriousness nature I brought up to their immediate concerns. This company should be ASHAMED!

I received service on my hot water issue, mainly that hot water wasn’t reaching the faucets in my unit until literally 10 minutes after the water had been running. The service agent came by and drained the system and replaced one of the hoses nevertheless the problem still remains. I’m not sure what it is but it still takes around 10 minutes for hot water to come out of any of the faucet’s sink or shower. What could this be due to?

Zack & Michael were so helpful and accommodating! Michael showed me around the building but the apartment wasn’t ready the time they promised me to move in, they sincerely apologized and credited me 1 day without even asking for it which shows how much they care about their customer satisfaction
