I wouldn’t recommend if the people (tenants) are horrible. It matters who lives in the building. Choose better people! Right now it’s mid. The people are alright. Some are terrible. But, other years they were worse.I know you know who are good tenants. Accept those people.

Steven helped me with move in and he was excellent. Great communication and made getting the keys a flawless experience. Laura however (my assigned move in coordinator) was not helpful whatsoever. She never responded to any of my emails and parking was a headache. I had to sign the contract twice because parking wasn’t included the first time even though a made multiple calls about making sure I had parking. Two weeks after moving in my parking spot was given to another resident that recently moved in as well and the new resident was told that my plates weren’t in the system according to the leasing office and when I called to confirm that, they asked me to move to a different spot even though I had been assigned my parking spot.

Steven was exceedingly helpful and addressed all of our inquiries on the day of our move-in. His assistance made us feel secure and welcomed into the Visconti community. We anticipate residing here for a long time.

The service professional was able to complete the fix very quickly and the appliance works better than when we moved in! Even before he came to fix it, he was able to check with our security manager about going when I wasn’t home or not since we have a dog and wanted to make sure the pup was friendly. Fortunately I was only downstairs at the gym, so our security manager suggested the service professional wait until I finished up in the gym so that I could be there with our dog while he worked. He quietly left before I could say thank you, but it was a really great experience and all the stress from a leaking appliance is no longer an issue!
