Yall have a unprofessional workers I did the tour waiting like 2 months inspection didn't update me I had to keep calling them I got approved with my voucher y'all try to charge 4500 deposit with a section 8 voucher

As senseless neighbour take their trash with carelessness, they spill it in the hallways and do not dispose of it properly, so trash such as scraps of toilet paper and food are scattered in front of the trash chute. There is often pet urine in the hallway or entrance, so it has to walk around it but sometimes accidentally step on it. I must hold my breath when I take an elevator because of the animal smell. The P2 parking lot I use is entirely whole of animal urine. Pet owners are brazenly letting their pets defecate in the P2 parking lot. A person who is not a tenant enters the P2 parking lot and feeds the animals daily, attracting wild animals, such as stray cats and skunks, who wander the parking lot and sleep on the hood or roof of my cars.

I love everything about this apartment community. The management is fantastic, the staff are always amazing, the maintenance gentleman who did the work in the apartment was truly wonderful, kind, respectful and a remarkable young man. The property is always so clean and classy. The management are a team and treat their tenants as family. There is no better feeling to come home to than that. And I'm on my 7th year.

The service team went as far as correcting the colour of the lights I needed replaced as per my request. Wonderful humans, wow!
