The wooden floors are a little noisy. We can always hear the people upstairs walk from one room to another.

Service order was completed within an hour of my online request. I had placed two service requests and they were taken care of at the same time. The bathtub drain that was plugging up was completely replaced. They did such a great job! Really appreciate the professionalism.

The fact so many things need to be repaired so often. Eli is great, but he’s one man fixing hundreds of apartments’ worth of old, crumbling fixtures and appliances.
