Daylin was very prepared to show me everything the apartment had to offer although the unit I’m looking for isn’t available. (1BR w yard) It would be a great home for someone else. Great amenities & very friendly staff.

Condition of the new homes but mostly due to the service (or lack thereof) received by the person that gave us the tour. It definitely felt like they were doing the least and it was more like they had to tour us than they wanted to or took us seriously at all. Response to basic questions asked: "Im too new to know that but once you're actually a resident here then that can be discussed". Not even trying to find out or follow up. The unit I was actually interested in was available but they showed me 2 other units instead. It was a cool, rainy day and I forgot my jacket. The homes she was showing us are the furthest from the leasing office and not in the same building. I asked if I could drive and meet them there. Their response was - dont you want to see the amenities? All of the amenities shown were indoors (minus the pool) and all close to the leasing office. Could have shown me the amenities and let me drive there but instead we had to walk out in the cold w no jacket and in the rain to view the homes. I can go on and on - very unpleasant experience.

Daylin is an amazing leasing associate! She provided a great tour of amenities and multiple homes within the community. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions appropriately. I definitely am highly considering leasingwith your complex.

The property is beautiful from the mailroom to the pool! The manager Brandon was awesome to tour with. Answered all my questions and was very helpful.
