Very nice and clean community! I loved the townhome and the apartment that was shown to me. The representative was also very warm and friendly.

The apartment locator I am working with said the tour went great. Everyone at the waylon apartments has been so professional and courteous helping me with my application process so far.

Daylin was so sweet and helpful! She answered all the questions I had and was so friendly. The grounds were very clean and accommodating.

She's nice and kind, explained the informations in detail. So I was pleased and thankful. Now I am supposed to visit The Dayton Apartments and Townhomes.

As soon as I walked in the two ladies that were working on Saturday on Valentine’s Day, were not very welcoming. It seems like they were very upset that I came in at the end of the day however, I made an appointment online. I did try to call a few times before going in, but no one answered the phone not feeling welcome in a place that I want to call home is why I rated this place so low however the apartment is beautiful, but I don’t want to live with staff for unprofessional

The apartments and town homes are well thought out and are well insulated. Daylin Campbell was very informative and was great from the start.

Because I toured with you Saturday and put in an application the next day! Loved the location and the staff. Look forward to moving forward.
