Maintenance was able to resolve my issue and figure out the best steps in a timely manner.

Kelsey was very nice and helpful. She did say she just started working there so whatever she wasn’t able to answer she did end up finding out for me

Yes, I got a knock on my door and as I opened it I saw a man with just a heb trucker hat and no uniform that represented that he was the maintenance man. So I asked him “may I help u?” And he mumbled where I couldn’t hear and I asked him if he’s here for the work order and he said “GOD DAMN YESS” and I just was suprised and felt like he was being rude and upon entry into my apartment he said for me to turn on the light in a demanding manner without asking please. The whole time he was here he was just being rude. It was a unpleasant interaction
