The location and staff are great! I’m still bothered by the website indicated there was a resort style pool when we signed the lease site unseen (it’s since been removed), but the concern and confusion stems from the fact that our rent is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than other communities in the area that have, not only pools, but other amenities like cowork space. Make it make sense.The garage and elevators can be a pain. The former when there are big events nearby and there is not a dedicated resident entrance, the latter bc they go down a lot or are slow.
