Hi,I have reviewed the completed final inspection report for my unit, and I would like to dispute some of the cleaning charges. I noticed that the stove, oven, and cabinet were marked as unclean. However, I wnat you to know that I moved out of the unit on May 3 or 4 and have not lived there since then and my roommate stayed there alone from then. Since I was no longer living in the apartment, I do not believe it is fair to hold me responsible for the condition of these items at the time of the final inspection. Regarding the oven, my roommate was the one who regularly used it. I barely used the oven (she used it everyday and I never used it) and, to the best of my recollection, I did not use it at all after moving in. As for the big stain on the stove, my roommate told me that it had already been there when we first moved into the apartment (she might have uploaded documentation when she first moved in). For these reasons, I respectfully request that you review these charges again and reconsider holding me responsible for these items.Thank you.

Hi! I was reviewing my electricity charges and noticed that I was charged $11.87 for electricity from 2/26/26–3/26/26, and another $8.48 for electricity from 2/25/26–3/26/26. Since these billing periods overlap, could you please clarify what the $8.48 charge is for and confirm that I haven't been double charged for the same electricity usage? Thank you!

I am getting charged for mold that has grown in my apartment. I am confused on how exactly that is my fault and why I have to pay for it when it is clearly a health hazard that is the responsibility of the complex. I already payed this charge and I want a refund. I cleaned the mold before I left, it was an issue for the entire time I lived there which is why I did not re-lease the apartment. Once again I would love to know why I am the one being charged with something that is not my responsibility. Thanks.

I had previously sent the following message on 7/6/2]26 on this portal form, but instead of receiving support from corporate it was.refereed to local property management. I have unsuccessfully tried to resolve this issue several times with the onsite management, but they have not offered any understanding or resolution to my dispute. In fact, she has falsely claimed that I have tried to address this with her, although I have email and text records thst she is.aware of my complaint.I'm asking for corporate intervention, not this being referred to the Theory Manager, within the next 5 day before I get legal representation. Thank you,My previous inquiry:"I just submitted this to their corporate teamIm not sure what category this fits, it might be multiple, but onsite management denied me (and other 2 roommates) the opportunity to stay in my current unit. We renewed our lease during the renewal / lease extension period for current residents last fall, but they claim that another resident was already given our unit. This never made sense as we were already in the unit, signed an early contract, and were told we had preference to stay in our current unit before anyone else could get into it. Secondly, they are not honoring the price lock agreed upon during the early signing, and have instead raised the rate. We are primarily looking to stay in the current unit for the upcoming 2026-27 lease, instead of being told we need to move to a different unit, as we dont believe our renewal terms have been honored. Hello! I recently got charges for $50 for a paint fee for walls/ceiling in the bedroom. When I examine the pictures from the move out inspection for the damage, it is the same damage that I documented upon my move in inspection. This wall damage in the bedroom was pre-existing and I already documented in under Move-in Inspection on Jan 10, 2026 under Bedroom, Walls/Ceiling. I would be happy to send over the images or pdf of the Move-in inspection as well as the Move-out inspection if needed. I hope this resolves the issue. Thank you.

I just wanted to reach out regarding the cleaning fee. Before I moved out on May 12, I made sure to thoroughly clean my space. If there is any dust or other buildup now, I believe that would have accumulated over the past couple of months since I moved out and would not be a result of how I left the room. Because of that, I don’t feel that the cleaning charge is a fair reflection of the condition in which I left the space. Please let me know how we can proceed, as I would appreciate having this fee reviewed. Thank you so much!

I am disputing the Turn Cleaning Fee on my move-out statement.I subleased this apartment from another resident. When I moved in, three of the four occupants had already left many of their belongings behind, including food and other items in the refrigerator. By the time my family and I moved out, there were spills and messes in the fridge that were not created by us. Despite this, we removed all of the leftover food and items, cleaned out the refrigerator, and did our best to leave it in good condition even though we were cleaning up after previous residents.Because this was not our mess to begin with, I do not believe it is fair to charge me a cleaning fee for the refrigerator or related cleaning costs. I took responsibility for cleaning up belongings that were left behind by other tenants, even though I was not responsible for creating the condition that required cleaning.Additionally, throughout my lease I experienced ongoing billing issues. For several months I was overpaying and was repeatedly told by the front desk that my balance and payments were correct. The issue was only addressed after the mother of the resident I subleased from contacted management. Given these circumstances, I do not believe my living experience was handled fairly, and I do not think I should be responsible for a cleaning charge related to conditions that existed before my tenancy and were caused by other residents.I respectfully request that the Turn Cleaning Fee be reviewed and removed from my account.

Turn Paint Work Order Fee ($100). The paint damages in my room (C) were reported in the required move in inspection on Resident Portal. These damages are from the previous tenants and previously reported so I should not be charged for the repair after I've moved out.
