Hello, The following message is an email I sent earlier to dcurtis@peakmade.com, since I have yet to receive a response, I thought I would send the message here too: My name is Li-An Song, and I am a resident at Theory U District. I am reaching out regarding an issue I have encountered while attempting to pay my rent for this month. At the beginning of the month, I mistakenly used the wrong account when making my rent payment, which caused the payment to fail and be returned. When I spoke with the front desk about this matter, I was advised to wait until the payment was fully returned before attempting the payment again. I was also assured that no late fees would be applied as a result of this issue. However, once the payment was returned to my account today, I encountered two new issues: 1. My checking account is now showing as “unavailable” when I attempt to make a payment (I’ve attached screenshots for reference). 2. A late fee has been added to my rent balance, despite my earlier understanding that this would be waived. When I spoke with the front desk again this morning, they directed me to contact you for further assistance. I would greatly appreciate your help in (1) restoring access to my checking account payment option, and (2) reviewing and waiving the late fee as previously discussed.
