I hope we get mailbox soon, it's annoying to go to the post office wait in line and no mail, my app says I have mail, the postal worker says they just throw all mail in a bin, I have missed several important mail, please fix the issue

It’s been a year since someone fixed my heater and it stopped working last Thursday so I’m without a heater right now. If someone could come fix it as soon as possible because it’s too cold outside for it to also be cold inside my home too. Thank you
