Be more considerate about peoples time & what they pay for. I still have to pay my energy bill but I’m not using what I really need it for & I still can’t get someone to fix the water.

This morning I called the office, my mailbox lock was changed without my knowledge and I am angry, I have important mail, now I have to wait on ur staff, and whoever took the call This morning didn't pass on the information according to the young lady sitting on the right side,,she said only one maintenance on duty, this is a big complex and I pay alot of rent every month on time, I understand people make mistakes, however next time do better, now I have to wait, I'm highly upset 😡

Cambiar la gente de mantenimiento y poner gente q si sepa arreglar lo q no sirve aquí

Pues sienpre reporto el aire acondicionado y sienpre lo único que hacen es programarlo y al final no está helado es lo único ya voy para 5 años aquí y nunca la lavadora de platos trabajo
