All I can say is keep doing what you're doing and keep improving

I definitely I’m not satisfied with my experience with oack of Northgate/ my apartment is having problems with the float of water since last year until now still no solution… I’m taking pictures every time and I’m reporting about the several unattended issues in my apartment CC.

I am glad that the maintenance team has uniforms now, so we residents can identify who they are when we need a service.
