They were very friendly and they done a amazing job on putting my rain guards on my Mitsubishi outlander.

Had brakes serviced in Sept. 2025. Immediate heard a loud squeal when brakes applied while driving. Returned car. Mechanics could not figure out the problem. Returned again in March for oil change, tire rotation. Upon leaving, immediately heard louder squeal. Returned to dealership with complaint of squealing more often than before. Replaced rotors at my cost. Did not fix the problem of squealing. Recommendation given of replacing brake pads, at my cost. No guarantee that that would fix the problem. Comments made included that the rotors were rusty, and that the squealing noise was not covered under warranty. Brakes were only six months old, and shouldn't have to be replaced at my cost, as the noise started with their work.Chad was an excellent communicator, and tried to work within my budget. Improvements should include that if the car is returned to the customer in a condition of additional problems. Should have immediately considered that their product could be at fault and changed out brake repair at their cost. The customer is not the one choosing which product to use.

My touchscreen infotainment center was recently serviced at Thornhill Mitsubishi, and I couldn't be more satisfied.The Service staff is always courteous, and the work is always done correctly and in a timely manner.

Your cabin air and air filters in general are very exspensive compared to other places that are half the price.Because Mitsubishi parts person at Chapmanville tells me the truth.

I like Thornhill very much, but will probably never buy another Mitsubishi product because of the manner in which my touchscreen system warranty issue was handled. Again, this is not Thornhill's fault. It is Mitsubishi's.The Service staff is courteous on the phone and in person. They did the work which was routine maintenance in a timely manner and professional manner. I also had a warranty service with my touchscreen infotainment system. This was removed and sent off for evaluation and either repair or replacement. I am satisfied with the staff and service at Thornhill.

I usually make an appointment for service, but we were in the area that day, so I called to see if they could take us. They scheduled a time for us and we were able to get it done that day.Chad and John, I always have a good experience with them. Chad gave me a good price on my recent oil change and I know that the service they provide is top notch.

Staff was very helpful in advising that the air filter and inboard filter needed reached. He actually brought the filters out and showed me which I appreciated.Friendly staff and promptness on the appointment
