Because there is no communication with your property no community no nothing the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life and will never refer anyone to that location and sister properties. World not refer this company specifically to anyone due to the experience I’ve received here.

It is not the fault of the management, but the community became a dump. There is constant trash and damage. Children are tearing up the complex, breaking windows, stealing, and bothering neighbors. Occupants dump trash everywhere which is never picked up. Items were stolen from our porch repeatedly. Deliveries are a problem because building numbers are either not visible from all directions or they are just missing. The entire time we lived there we had a lot of roaches that got worse over the past few months. The owners don't give the complex management money to fix or improve anything, other than cosmetic. They dont listen to the pest control recommendations. The grass and trees were allowed to die, even though we were paying utilities that include community water, which we were always overcharged for because the complex is barely occupied and there's no landscaping to water. There were also three different management companies in the first few months we were there and some of our records were lost so we ended up paying an extra month we were supposed to get for free. The pool was never open once and when there was a problem with our mailbox not locking, we had to correct delivery issues with the post office and install the mail box lock ourselves. We went months without a microwave because they wouldn't approve the expense of a new one, the plumbing is rigged together with hopes and broken pieces taken from empty apartments, and we spent a fortune on power bills last summer because you have to ASK every month for a new air filter. Water leaks caused mold and damage that was never repaired. The new landscaping is a nightmare of dust and rocks that damage the flooring. The kitchen and bathroom counters were never sealed so they are easily damaged by everything from cleaning products, soap, fruit juice, water, silicone and basic use. Not to mention the security is non-existent so tenants damage the gates, damage property, and comit crimes including shootings. Police were a regular presence.
