I'm honestly not sure who my service advisor was. The lady who checked me out wasn't going to advise or explain anything and even when I asked she went through it so quickly. I was never called to explain anything being loose and given the opportunity to leave my car there to fix the controls. As for my needs, I didn't have any, I was there to get an oil change and tire rotation.The guy who took my keys when I dropped my car off was very courteous.Do better in your service department please! Everyone deserves good treatment.My check out was rushed, nothing was going to be explained until I asked. Left out the part where my controls were loose (later finding this out after I left).Walked in to drop my car off for my scheduled appt. The guy behind the desk was waiting on another customer, a lady walked in (she works the desk on the left side when walking in the service door) walked right by me, no good morning nor did she ever ask me if I needed help.

It was the same clean as when I got there though, so that's okay. The seat was back further, but not a problem.I appreciate the friendliness of everyone. The work is always done in a timely manner.Always treated courteously

I cant think of anything at this time. Yall are amazing.I was able to do everything over the phone and online to get a car. This made it very easy for me as I live quite a distance away and they delivered my new car to me.

Dashcam was disconnected when I received the vehicle.I have a right to record the inside of my property. The fact that someone disconnected my dashcam makes me extremely uncomfortable and makes me feel like they didn't want to get caught doing something they aren't supposed to be doing in my vehicle or didn't want to get caught going through my belongings. This is in no means an accusation, just stating my feelings on the matter.
