Was told by the website that someone in the service dept would reach out. That never happened. My wife took car in, with the hopes that everything was ok with the selected time slot.Y’all need to do better with actual giving a shit about your customers concerns. They rely on their vehicles and should NEVER havta question whether they can rely on the Service Department at their dealership….. ESPECIALLY when their vehicle is under warranty. Fix it, and me importantly, address the concerns I have about my vehicle. I think he was new because he worked very slowly.I was told “sorry you had to wait longer our cashier was away” so my car had been done already but I had to wait extra time simply to checkout.The customer service is good and service is always complete in a timely manner.
