Was told by the website that someone in the service dept would reach out. That never happened. My wife took car in, with the hopes that everything was ok with the selected time slot.Y’all need to do better with actual giving a shit about your customers concerns. They rely on their vehicles and should NEVER havta question whether they can rely on the Service Department at their dealership….. ESPECIALLY when their vehicle is under warranty. Fix it, and me importantly, address the concerns I have about my vehicle. I WOULD LIKE PERSONAL FEEDBACK FROM YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. 262.955.9675.With the shortcomings in other areas, I WILL NOT rate any area at Very Satisfied….

I think he was new because he worked very slowly.I was told “sorry you had to wait longer our cashier was away” so my car had been done already but I had to wait extra time simply to checkout.The customer service is good and service is always complete in a timely manner.

Once the gentleman called me told me that my car needed brakes all around the vehicle also told me that because it was metal-to-metal that I needed new rotors, but they did not take the brake pads off the vehicle, they just looked at it, he said we need router we did not I felt that they were just trying to make money overcharging for everything and trying to take advantage of a female customer and also replaced the lug nuts on the bank wheels like they were being rude, hoping that damage would come to my vehicle.Place the lug nuts back on the rear wheels ridiculously tight Almost damage the studs, trying to get them back off. Because they tighten them way too tight.Stop trying to take advantage of people show more respect to their female customers.They were rude, handed me my paper told me the vehicle was unsafe to drive it was not. Did not try to reschedule for the second recall and when they put the rear wheels back on the vehicle, they tightened the lug nuts so tight, it was almost impossible to get them off.
