Once the gentleman called me told me that my car needed brakes all around the vehicle also told me that because it was metal-to-metal that I needed new rotors, but they did not take the brake pads off the vehicle, they just looked at it, he said we need router we did not I felt that they were just trying to make money overcharging for everything and trying to take advantage of a female customer and also replaced the lug nuts on the bank wheels like they were being rude, hoping that damage would come to my vehicle.Place the lug nuts back on the rear wheels ridiculously tight Almost damage the studs, trying to get them back off. Because they tighten them way too tight.Stop trying to take advantage of people show more respect to their female customers.They were rude, handed me my paper told me the vehicle was unsafe to drive it was not. Did not try to reschedule for the second recall and when they put the rear wheels back on the vehicle, they tightened the lug nuts so tight, it was almost impossible to get them off.

Don’t lie check the air in the tires. It’s easy after paying over 100.00 my husband should not have to add air to them the same day!!

Some issues were found with my car and the service department fixed it quickly and went over the cost . Some more services were recommended and I will be going back to get those completed due to cost . They explained everything to me in detail . The coffee in the waiting room was nice to enjoy especially as it was a cold snowy day when I took my car to be serviced . There was no stirring sticks for the creamer though and that would be something good to add in to the supplies for everyone so they can mix the creamer in the coffee better than just shaking the cup to stir. Overall a great experience. The service advisor was very great at understanding due to cost me declining some of my services that day and he told me to contact him back to finish up the rest of the services when I was ready .Good experience, staff was friendly at check in on service with my car .
