All representatives at Tim Short’s were very accommodating and courteous. Alexia welcomed me when I arrived and continued to check in to make sure all was going well. Again my salesman, Scotty, helped me through the purchase and made sure the process was carried out without a hitch.Everyone was extremely nice and helpful as I looked At Mitsubishi Outlanders. The vehicles are outstanding and priced reasonably compared to other auto dealerships. My salesman was Scotty and he did very good job in helping me find the vehicle I wanted and he helped me through the paperwork and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Improvements can be made overall in the maintenance area. I’ve taken my car in for the same problem twice and I’m still having issues with it. I don’t believe it was fixed correctly.
