I have a vehicle in the service department that was brought for a program on a bcm. It’s been sometime now and I was instructed to come pick the car up. When I arrived I discovered the car to be worse off then when it was brought and in reality nothing was fixed. The vehicle still will not come out of park without using the override, the a/c does not work at all as it worked fine before arriving. They assure the vehicle was “properly repaired” and everything requested was done. I assure you it was not. I want it corrected. I trusted them and believed they had repaired correctly and purchased a new vehicle as to which I pay over 1600 in combined car payments. In the end the vehicle was not repaired as they claimed.The salesmen were very professional and helped in a very difficult situation I was dealing with

As I mentioned, the services were done quickly and explained thoroughly. Customer service was excellent.My vehicle was serviced very quickly. All the services were explained as well as what might need to be done going forward. Josh went above and beyond customer service wise.
