We were evicted and the crew who evicted us took 900 of cash we had saved to move to our new apartment.

I’ve had a leak that come from my upstairs neighbors bathroom for two years never been fixed. My bathtub leaks whenever I take it I have black mold and my carpet that needs to replace toilet always has issues. Nothing ever gets fixed. Office say they make a work order. They never do are rude. They never have a solution to any problem besides oh we’ll fix it. I’ve lived there for 13 years and the property has gone down so much. I used to love my apartment now I’m lm looking to move

I love my neighbors, & the staff are excellent at their jobs. The grounds are always looking great. Timberleaf is located close to COLFAX & the light rail. Plus close to businesses.

Management & staff are wonderful. Kind & helpful in the event you need someone.

The apartment aren’t kept up outside looks like crap maintenance man can’t do his job and just lazy . Can’t get hold of anyone in office . I have lived here for 13 years I went from Building to I building let me tell you I wish I was able to look at this apartment before I moved cause the paint is so thick that it peels off the walls and cabinets toilet backs up every time make number 2 water damage on ceiling cracks on walls . This is the WORST apartment

The leasing agent walked ahead of me I had questions and she was very short with her responses she made me feel as if I was doing something wrong probably one of the worst house or apartment tours I’ve been on
