Gosh where do I start? Let’s start with the amount of crime and drugs happening in this complex you guys let just anyone live here. I’ve had shootings happen outside my window. I’ve had a 25 year old over dose on fentanyl by my stair case. My car has been egged multiple times. The office management is all over the place my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom is not worth the $1,116 I pay a month. I was told my rent would never be raised on me when I moved in here and it has. You guys claim to have a strict policy on leaving out trash but my neighbor is one of the maintenance guys and trash outside the door is a common thing and don’t even get me started on how much his dogs bark non stop 24/7.

Unfortunately there are too many gang members here. I hear shots all the time I'm tired of the gunfire. I'm afraid to walk around at night. All the vandalism that goes on around here really hurts the people that live here. The abuse on the cars that people need to get to work in is horrendous that they go through with this place does to their cars, their license places. The thieves can't just stay out of them and you have no way of stopping them. This hurts us every day. I stay here because of the section 8 that I received. It's the only way I could of afford to live here. Which is kind of a scary thought that this is all I can afford. It would be too costly for me to move. The maintenance crew is great as soon as they get a call from me they take care of it as soon as possible. But nobody really ever answers the phone in the office it just rings all the time. So unless you have an emergency you really just have to wait for them to get back to you. The state of the laundries on the property are also horrendous. You never know which ones are going to work, it's always a mess, and there have been homeless people sleeping in there that have broken the l locks. It would be nice if you could clean the joint up a bit residents and living spaces.
