Timeshare by owners was very professional. This was my first time renting a timeshare. The associate I worked with took time to explain how the process work. After securing a Timeshare in the location that we were interested in, I wanted to check on how much the airfare would be, due to the cost of the airfare that location was not going to work out for us. The associate understood completely, and continues working with me on a location that was more within our budget. After choosing the Timeshare, I signed the paperwork, it took two days and I received a confirmation number for the timeshare. I definitely will work with this company again. A difficult exchange was handled within a day. Communications were kept open and negotiations were constant and very satisfactory results were experienced.. Top marks in every phase of back and forth commo and all promises and call backs honored. Will definiteyl use this company in the future.

He calls me when he receives an offer that I might be interested in, he continues to call me with the vacationer’s status once I have responded, and he continues to keep me advised until the rental has been completed. I contracted TSBO to sell my Vacation Resort ownership and one of the benefits of this agreement is their Concierge Service Group that provides me the opportunity to rent out some or all of my annual points. This group is very dedicated and they are always willing to go out of their way to help myself and their other clients. I have been working primarily with Peter during this process but whenever he is not available the other amazing people within their group have always been just a call or email away.
