I have been using Time Share by Owners for several years now, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every single time I book, I work directly with Peter H., and he is absolutely phenomenal. Peter is always incredibly quick to respond and consistently goes out of his way to take exceptional care of us. He makes me feel like he is my own personal agent working strictly for me and me only. We’ve used Timeshares by Owner (at the recommendation of a family friend) for two years in a row to reserve a timeshare in North Myrtle Beach The week ends up being a bit of a family reunion as 6-7 families (some my actual family, some close family friends) come to the resort the same week every year for 30+ years Our contact, Peter, is always helpful and very responsive to inquiries. I sent him an email while on 2026 vacation to reserve for 2027 knowing the demand is significant for the week I need and he responded within a couple of hours. When I didn’t follow up with him - he followed up with me which I found quite helpful. With his help, we were able to reserve the same week for 2027 within an hour of our phone call. I also like they aren’t high pressure to oversell me something I don’t need/ask for. I’m not interested in purchasing a timeshare and recognize the rental for the week is more than the maintenance costs, but no one is in business to just break even and I know how economics work. We will continue to come back when we travel to Myrtle to see family. Thanks TSBO and Peter!
