TBSO has a person named Brandy Peet in customer service who has been very compassionate and knowledgable in explaining the process of renting and selling my timeshare. Its nice to finally speak to someone who knows and cares about my investment and does not try to sell me more than what I need. I appreciate that and plan on working closely with Brandy in the process. Shes a hard worker and cares about her job and the people who invest in TSBO. Thumbs Up!
