Yisely "GiGi" Beluso has been very instrumental in bringing me rental offers for my time share. She is always pleasant and works hard to get the rental deal done in a timely manner. I just received the final payment for my rental property at Sevierville, TN from July 14-20. Thank you GiGi for all of your help

Timeshares by Owner does a real nice job in selling a week of my time shares every month or two. They find a person who wants a week, negotiate a fair price, handle getting a contract signed, get a valid charge card and then sending me the money.

Peter did a great job turning an inquiry into a sale. The client was interested in Marriott's Desert Springs II for his party in a one bedroom suite for up to 4. They want to see the Stagecoach Festival starting 4/25. Peter directed them to my reserved and ready villa and they paid the asking price. Peter also found out they have friends who may want another unit. Good job Peter.
