I am impressed by the service at timeshares by owner. Not only do they have amazing deals, the service is excellent also. I had a small glitch in my Arizona rental and Brandie took care of it right away. I will use them again and tell my friends.

I appreciate the patience that your representative had with me during our phone calls. Gigi was courteous and as it was somewhat difficult for me to understand some of the directions, she was clear and knowledgeable in her explanations. She took her time as she walked me through the process. This helped to relieve me of some my tension in completion of the agreement
