I have had good luck with them sending me persons wanting to rent our place, but so far they only wanted time over the holidays with not much notice, so I haven't been able to connect with anyone. I did find that last year while staying in Florida for the winter that when I made a trip to the office in Orlando I finally got my first offer. Now they are much more on the ball, but I still need to make our first connection with a buyer.
