Customer service staff makes itself readily available for all questions and concerns. Calls that get forwarded to voicemail are returned in a reasonable amount of time. The staff who has been helping me recently is providing me the most attentive service I have received since listing my timeshare for sale.

First impression very good. Timeshares By Owner seems to be a very good organized firm and Mrs. Katrina from Maketing even connected me to Mr. Adam - the co-owner who erased my last doubts. Tiday I got a phone call from a very nice young lady named "Gigi" from Customer Service who provided me with some more infos and ID #. All in all, I have a good feeling that finally I found the right firm to help me to sell my timeshare. Thank you!

she went far and beyond to help me with other fraud buyer and realiters who were trying to cheat me. And when the state start giving me problems one of your people step in gave me a help in hand all I need is my timeshare to be sold badly now.

We have had several telephone conversations with reps from Timeshares by Owner. Each call has been handled in a professional, informative, and straight-forward manner. At first I was quite hesitant as I had been scammed out of thousands of dollars which I am paying down, So it goes without saying I was dubious. However, at this time I am waiting for results to get back into a positive attitude. I am finding the staff is providing that positive attitude.
