I was extremely happy to get a call from the manager of the Client Services Dept. She was very professional, listed to my problem and was able to quickly get my rentals posted in the reserved and ready portion of the web site. I am now looking forward to responses from these posting and have now gained confidence in dealing with the company. Thank you for your caring response.

So far, so good! Been doing the rental offers for a few months, appreciate the continuous flow of new offers when others are completed. It has been light on takers so far, but believe that the contacts and actual rentals will improve.
